L4 L5 S1 Disc Problem, lower back pain
I have this problem since 2 years. I have taken medicine from many neurologists buy i did not get any relief. Please help me out of this.

Dear Mr.
In such casses clinical examination helps in deciding the conservative (rest,nerve health promoting medicines, avoidence of pain killers ) verses any interventions like surgery.
However a confirmation of the cause is a must a few important investigations not necessarily expensive once.
Usually ergonomics at home and job place is found of tremendous help in preventing recurence if the problem is because of mechanical disorder of the spine.
