Brain and Spine Problems

It's been 10year's m suffering from Bell's palsy. My parents don't know about this infection n they neglected this, they thought after few days m gonna be all right. And only getting physiotherapy sessions I got cured 75 percent. My parents gave up n didn't tried anything. In Decmber 2017 I got accupunture n that helped me alot. Actually m a fashion designer n for me my smile keeps me confident but some times it makes me sooo low dat I can't  consntrate on anything coz of hesitation dat I look ugly Wen I smile 😞 My confidence level is going low slowly. I just want to ask can v cure this? Can I get my smile back? If yes plz suggest wat I have to do. Pls pls pls it's an humble request any suggestions do reply. If der is no cure for dis I'll stop searching any cure for this

Suffering with Cervical Spondylosis for past 10 years...Now I am getting reeling sensation & vertigo...Doctor suggested to take MRI Cervical Spine...

From last one and half year, I'm experiencing severe etching in left eye and also acute pain in left forebrain. I feel like something pricking from inside the left eye and the eye is being stretched. This gives a lot of irritation ans uneasiness. I have shown to a local ophthalmologist number of times. However no diagnosis proved useful. Also I have no spectacles. Please help.

Im 45yr old female expriencing tingling sensation in toes and in corner of upper foot.sensation is painful sometimes which has burning feeling .pls help.i hv no thyroid mildly deficient in vit D

From past one month I am having frequent headache problem. And from last 3 days it's paining continues

I am getting severe pain both sides it is like a nerve pain from below the collar bone to legs and hands due to which I am feeling nausea.

We were kidding and My hand just touched her ear and now her nerves near ear are paining although now pain is less but can she take any medicine?

I am having a lump or a kind of swollen area behind my right side of skull and it's hard as bone. It appears and disappears I have pain in that area and it runs till the middle of the head till the right eye socket and sometime a mild pain in right ear. The pain is not severe but is very uncomfortable. Now, I have a mild pain at both end of my skull just above the neck were the skull begin and also in the upper right side of my head. It's really very mild pain sometimes if I don't pay attention bi don't even realise it's there just when I'm quite and alone then i can clearly feel the uneasynes and mild pain.

Feeling tingling sensation in right hand. for few days. is there any serious problem. if yes what consultant should i go for check up Thank you

Pressure develops near right ear from inside on bending head up down or sidewise. Sudden rise n fall of temperature on areas on right ear. It seems blood flow interrupts for moment near neck. Brain MRI report is normal. Consulted Neurologist but doctors have no answer. Plz help. I have no idea which specialist to consult.
