My mother age is 56 which doctor to consult the leg pain is more which doctor to consult not knowing plz help

Actually in august 2021 i went to play cricket since and while playing i threw the ball and i got a sudden jerk in my right hand shoulder and it was paining, ever since i am playing cricket frequently but when i lift my shoulder up and tilts it backwards i get a pinch type pain. Otherwise its normal. I also did not play any sport for 70 days but still the problem is occuring. What to do?

Have pain in my left armpit for 4 weeks now - comes and goes but there everyday. Had breast and armpit ultrasound which showed only one small cyst and one benign enlarged lymph node which breast surgeon told nothing to be done about as is benign. Armpit pain persists - pain also is in neck shoulder upper arm side of ribs and radiates down to fingers. What can be the cause as underlying breast issue is ruled out by surgeon. Left Armpit also has burning sensation everyday. No pain while resting and sleeping but when movement starts in the morning pain starts.

I am having too much pain in my leg that is associated with the knee. I had and MRI done which indicates that i have mild partial ACL tear with synovial fluid effusion. Medial meniscus torn with fluid near the posterior horn. The doctors in my locality are saying that i need a surgery for this if the pain doesn't subside. Can it be cured by putting on a cast for some days.

Hi Doctors, Could you please suggest the type of walking aid that I can use for both left and right hip joint AVN? Since I should not be putting my weight on my hip and both my hip joints are damaged, I am not really sure which walking aid to opt. Thanks in advance.

I've been working out since last 1 year but few days back, i was doing pushups then suddenly my right Shoulder started feeling some stress in front of it. I felt like a nerve ij front of the shoulder is feeling some stress. After that whenever i try to exercise, I'm having same little pain in the front portion of my shoulder. I am on rest since last week. Can anyone help me with this. If I don't do exercise i don't feel any pain, i don't even feel like i have any problem in my shoulder. It only happens when i do some stretching or exercise. Please help.

Dear doctor I am 45yrs old female housewife and past few months I am experiencing pain in the knees especially right knee when I visited orthopaedic surgeon nearby and made an x-ray (attached X-ray) he told me it's a normal degenerative wear but the pain in & behind my knee is consistent throughout the day. Need a clarification on the same please and can I go for PRP injection. Thanks in advance.

I've been suffering from upper back pain on left side of my shoulder from last 3 days. I am unable to move on left and right side when I lie down to sleep. This pain looks like some kind of catch or sprain. I have tried taking flexura D tablet and DFO Gel but that did not help. What would be the best medicine to get rid of this pain?

Are these height-increasing shoe insoles safe for feet for daily use? I'm planning to have 1.5 cm size. I didn't have any issues with feet so far.

Does grade 3 MCL tear require surgery? After MRI results came, it showed grade 3 MCL tear and high grade partial thickness tear of ACL. I wanted to know whether I must go for surgery with arthroscopy or can it heal on its own? If it can heal on its own then how much time would be required with proper physiotherapy and exercises?
