Do you pain traveling from neck to tip of fingers is shooting type of pain is numbness occasional when u sleeping on that side or pressure on that side?
27 yrs of less like you have disc issue of cervical and lumbar region
Have you checked your B12 levels?
B12 deficiency is common cause of this fatigue and nerve problems so think of common things
To diagnose that its because of nerve compression you need to do MRI thats the better investigation
Next Steps
Check ur B12 level if normal go for MRI consult some specialist for this if problem is persistent and long standing and affecting your daily routine

Yes. This is due to nerve compression.
Firslty, this is treatable. No 2nd thought about it, but it takes time,, nothing happens over noght
You have been usin your body in wrong position for very long time, so give it time to heal. The only solution to it is,, right now u need to continue medications and later start with physiotherapy.
This seems to be due to involvement of nerves supplying the upper and lower limbs.
You should get MRI whole spine to understand any pathology at spinal level.
Next Steps
You should take rest for now, continue the medicines, start High Protein diet, start exercising for strengthening muscles of upper and lower limbs..
