There is crack in my heel ..it's happen 15days  before..how does time it take to recover completely..

My shoulder dislocated this morning while i was doing push ups on tile and my hand slips and weight conc. On my ryt shoulder n it popped bt soon i push it back and moved my arm in circular motion to assure that it fits in properly. Now am feeling pain bcoz of the ligament tear.. so suggest me wht shud i do..?

I am having pain in my heel from past 6 months. Earlier the pain was mild but not it's becoming unbearable. I am not able to walk properly. My heel doesn't pain when i am sitting or lying down. But the moment i stand it pains a lot

Hello sir /madam I'm suffering from ribs pain from 2 months and also hip joint pain I have not any injuries.. X ray of DLS is normal ECG normal X ray chest normal I'm taking pills last 2 months When I take painkiller, pain will gone but stopping painkiller again sever pain comes. I don't know how to diagnose this When I take deep breathing too much pain in in upper back and side ribs both sides If I sleep straight I feel heavyness in my back. I can't do forward bending due to hip joint pain I feel stomach upset in every morning Please sir suggest me how to diagnose this problem.. I had my open heart surgery in 2014 and last echo 2d was normal in September

I have my leg injured 2 weeks before. I got MRI for myself, and I have my right knee ACL full thickness tear. The doctor has suggested me ACL Reconstruction surgery. Please suggest if there is any treatment to avoid surgery.
