Your symptoms quite common in ankylosing spondyiltis
Though HLAB 27 might be negative in early stages
Need further assessment to rule out any other Infective as well as some other autoimmune disease like rheumatoid

Ankylosing sponds major symptoms include early mrg back stiffness and joints pain. In early stage it is clinical diagnosis and later part it has lab and radiology.
As far as hip is concerned, what does the mri show, it need not be anky at first place if hla is negative.
No need of repeating other tests
