I have sciatica pain
I have pain in my ankle and lower leg and this pain is sciatica, tell me any treatment for it And I don't mind doing daily activities

Sciatica at your age is unlikely and to diagnose it as a sciatica need proper examination and investigation like MRI All ankle pain or leg pain isnt because of sciatica

Only treatmemt of nerve compreseion over a long term is - physiotherapy and physical activity which strengthen CORE muscles. No medications help in long run.
