Hi..I am daily struggle with neck,shoulder back and leg pains..even hands..
I get headache regularly.. Please suggest how to proceed to cure and rectify my issues. Because of these I am not able to actively do office work ..

Pain in the big toe
I am experiencing pain on the side and bottom of my big toe. Consulted a doctor, who suggested few blood test and now has diagnosed it as gout. I can see a little swelling on the toe though.
But I experienced the pain only after a recent running on the roads

Plantar facitis rest dur.
How long should i rest after a bout of plantar facitis before heading back to running. I did the stretches i saw on youtube and pain in the heel subsided after 4 days. Its been a week now. How long should i rest before getting back to usual routine.

Can't turn my leg
Recently I got sick and a doctor's assistant inserted injection in my buttocks which went wrong . I suffered pain there for few days , can't walk straight , had to tilt someways to walk without pain . later the pain went but the problem is I can't bend my leg sideways as some nerve got short or something .
