Severe pain in my knee
Injured my right knee by awkward landing while sports. Happened 18 months back. Symptoms: popping sound, severe pain. Unable to straighten the knee, bear weight, stand properly( have to adjust my leg by bending it slightly when trying to stand).Unstable knee, scared to jump and stand. Please help me. Iam very depressed

Hi, there is a solution to all problems, but you have to seek it. By your history ,you seem to be having a ACL tear with a meniscal tear. Consult an orthopedic surgeon.
