Knees pain while running
I'm having slight pain in my left knee when I run for long distance like 5k.
A year ago I fell on road while walking. I had same kind of pain at that time.
It only happens while running. Everything returns to normal when I calm down after exercise.

You must consult Ortho surgeon. Get your examined to rule out any internal derangement. You may require an MRI. If everything normal then you require a good exercise regime to build up your muscles around the knee.
