I have started playing football after very long period of time, today is my third day and I can see 2-3 areas on my legs with swelling, redness, pain on pressing and lots of itching. Kindly find the attached photo. Today it's very late to visit a doctor, please let me know what should I do about it.

Left leg knee koints swellings and acute pain while climbing steps and pains while walking as well. She is also under medication for hypo thyroidism for last 7 to 8 years.
