Toe pain on the left leg
Every morning, the first step on ground... my toe aches very badly. During the day pain persists but in the morning it's severe. I've done blood test and found uric acid levels at 7, the max it can be. Tried home remedies but not fruitfulness. Any faster immediate remedy. My height is 6 feet and my weight is 97 kg.

Frozen Shoulder
Have frozen shoulder since 4 months.. Been a diabetic for 3 years now. Have undergone mobilization under anaesthesia. Doc has recommended physiotherapy.
