Calf musscle become weak

The problem in the left leg, her calf musscle become weak by one inches as compare to other leg, previously before 12 year around , t.B DETECTED IN C3-C5,and got medicine properly and cured ,

Hi, that could be muscle wasting , is there any motar or sensory problem with that left leg?? ,.exercise your left leg . massage it to increase blood flow. consult physician or neurologist.
