Lower back pain
MRI spine shows possible pinching of left L4-5 nerve root. Doctor advised epidural steroid shot. But recovered without taking it. What should I do to prevent recurrence of pain?

You have to avoid front bending and weight lifting, squatting, strengthen your back muscles by exercises
