Hi,3 months back i started going to gym but since past one month my right shoulder is paining. It normally pains when i do my chest exercises ( bench press) and due to which am not able to complete my repetitions. Not sure if its a problem with bone or muscle. Need to know whom i need to consult - ortho or physio.

Avoid the excercises which is giving you pain . In fact you should stop gym activities for 3 to 4 weeks.After that pain persists then you have to be examined clinically . After that need to do further tests like Mri will be taken.
