Bone & Muscle problems

Im facing pain in fingertipsof right hand only. Its intermittent n last for several minutes. Im not sure but i think its because of injury in my palm when I met with accident recently. Pain is felt majorly in middle finger of right hand but sometimes also felt in index finger, thumb n ring finger. I have to work on computer for several hours this pain is affecting my work. Sometimes the pain becomes excrutiating as if my fingertip is cut in 2. Need help.

I'm regular gym guy but from sometime stretch marks is start appearing on my side chest and shoulders. Stretch marks is red and its very large, can you tell how it's stopped and how i removed my stretch marks (or fade).

My neck and back starts hurting if I study for a long time or do anything for a certain period of time..Sometimes I get a stiff neck and am unable to move it around.

I have pain in my left side neck for two weeks while touch I can feel one nerve is bulged what should I do now, bcoz of that I have nerve pain in my left hand and shaking also pls advice.

I'm a bowler and 2 months ago my calf started paining. I thought it might be some muscular pain but the pain increased and caused shin pain too. I visited physiotherapist twice and he did ultrasonic treeatment. Also I took massage several times. But it's of no use. What to do now??

I am into cricket (right arm pace bowler) . I meet an accident and my right shoulder got dislocated . I have undergone a surgery 3 months back . Doctor told me to do some exercises .I  am able to rotate my hand now . I wanted to know that when I can consult to a physiotherapist ? Strenghting from when ?

Hi, I do treking a lot. I go to pilgrimage  places like amarnath kedarnath by walking and this year I've experienced unbareable pain in my knee specially while going downhill. I've like to know how to cure it ? also it knee pain considered arthritis? 

Having backpain...what would be long-term and quick, exercise or medication. Also suggest a specialist.

Having lower back pain and it led to pain in leg while walking ,while stretching or something I'm getting pain back of knee.

Hi I am feeling a bit stiffness in my both kness.and little bit pain.when I touched that area and pressed hard it feels little bit pain.sir what's the solution
