My father has been diagnosed with Lumbar spondylosis.Diffuse disc bulge at L3-4 Level causing indentation of thecal sac and narrowing of bilateral lateral recess with no significant foraminal compromise.Degenerative Grade I anterolisthesis of L4 over L5 with pseudo diffuse disc bulge and posterocentral protrusion causing indentation of thecal sac and narrowing of bilateral lateral recess with mild compromise of bilateral neural foramina, indenting exiting L4 nerve roots.Associated facetal arthrosis is noted that further contributes towards secondary canal stenosis. Mild diffuse disc bulge at L5-S1 level effacing epidural fat with no significant foraminal compromise. He is in severe pain and loosing his appetite gradually. I am not sure where to take him and what should be course of treatment. Please suggest.

From 1 week I'm suffering from neck pain frequently neck pain exists pls suggest me how to go further

Dear sir Since 5 month i have lower back pain and my both leg pain . Some time i feel normal and not pain. But again pain start. I have done MRI . Doctors told me your nurves compress take medicin and phisothrpy and you will be ok after some time I am taking a medicin but no relief . pls tell right treatment. regards

Hello Doctor, I am an 25year old adult suffering from lower backache for last two weeks. My family doctor suggested to take an x-ray and everything seems to be normal in the test. He suggested that I need to consult MPT. Can you please guide through this, like is there any other way to cure my backache.

I am suffering from takayasu artritis since September 2015.when diagnosed disease my sub clavion artery reptured.then stanting this artery. Now I take methylprednisolone and methotrexate.

I have inflammation and pains near ankle on the right leg. After MRI and blood tests doctors found that it is because of tendenosis, uric acid(7.1) and vitamins d3 n b12 deficiency. After starting the required treatment the same problem was replicated on the left leg. After overall 2 months there is no improvement.help

I have chronic achilles tendonitis, in right ankle for past 4 years, also the physiotherapist that I have been to say my muscles are hyper- flexible. I unconsciously favour my left leg in daily activities. My entire rt foot is in pain always and my entire RT leg pains sporadically. Condition though improved isnt going.

Hi, I am experiencing a kind of stiffness and pain in my lower back since yesterday morning. I thought it's tiredness and will heal by itself but today morning it's the same and in fact a little more. I can't bend or walk properly. Please advise.

I have low Vitamin D level. It's around 8. Can you please suggest safe supplements to get it over 50? Last time I had Vitamin D deficiency I got all bad and weird symptoms. Hence, trying to be proactive here.

My father had glass piece inside foot. It was removed when consulted the doctor. In spite of that he complains of irritation and vibration. Now the doctor said this is because of bone growth. Please advise. It would be really helpful if provides who should I consult. Thank you!
