Left fingers weak
Being a guitarist (for 16-17 years), recently, my left hand fingers have become numb. Left hand strength is reduced and a feel of numbness. Unable to play the guitar since speed has reduced and making a fist also causes pain in finger joints. Issue has been going on for 5-6 months now and guitar playing is totally blocked.

Hi. I am Physiotherapist Ruchika. The explanation you gave needs a medical check up. Carpal tunnel or neck could be associated with the symptoms you provide. Also you need a posture correction while you play guitar which is proven to be effective. Certain set of wrist exercises and stretches will be helpful as well. But first you should get a diagnosis and follow up with a Physio . Good luck
