Pain in bones of legs
Whenever I do some hard work the bones of my legs start paining instead of my muscles. What can be the cause of this? Is this the case of deficiency of calcium? What are the remedies?

It can be due to deficiencies of calcium n vitamin D. consult with your ortho for further management. Calcium supplements available. Modify your diet. Drink milk n increase green vegetables intake, salad n some aerobic exercises.
