Shoulder and neck pain
From past week I am suffering from shoulder and neck pain. The pain is not continuous. It occurs suddenly and goes off suddenly. I feel pain is reduced when resting my back and neck against bed or wall. I feel pain even in my arms like pricking and numbness for fingers. When pressed with my fingers against area where pain is felt, the pain gets more.

Pain in the neck and shoulder region can arise due to variety of reasons. Spondylosis, and muscular ailments being some of them, also pain and tingling numbness in arm can be due to compression over nerve root. You need to be clinically examined to ascertain the same. You can take analgesics and muscle relaxants and Physio for relief.
