Sir/madam,my right hand wrist start paining when I type on computer or I do any work using my right hand.I have this problem from past 6 month

From last few day 5-6 days, I am feeling extreme pain near by left shoulder and neck region. The pain doesn't seem to reduce and while applying pain relief ointments I observed that there is some swelling or some clot like thing present. On pressing the same the pain increased further. this seems like swelling on the vein or something like that. Can you please advise the reason of this pain and remedy to get relief from the same. Kindly advise a solution for the same.

Hi, whenever I carry my 2 month old daughter in my arms and walk around, I start getting this pain on my back muscle. The location of the pain is right side of the spine in the Center of torso. Especially the muscle area. It only happens when I carry her on both my arms like a cradle. Any suggestions what could be done?
