Feeling back pain
Feeling back pain and also pain in the feet while walking. Can't able to walk for few minutes after getting up from chair or floor

Ensure that you maintain an appropriate posture while working or sitting or walking....Take frequent stretch breaks and drink lots of water...Discontinue using pillow while sleeping straight...Do not lift heavy objects, especially after bending down....Eat a healthy wholesome meal which should satisfy your minerals and proteins requirement...take over the counter pain medications.. Consult nearest orthopedic surgeon they will do the needful.

It might be some low back pathology which need to be ruled out for proper diagnosis and treatment. you have to notice other symptoms also with pain like any tingling or numbness in your legs or feet. Visit some orthopedic or physiotherapist for appropriate treatment. Take care

Hello....... What s your weight?? At this age people commonly complains of joint pain because of increased bone resorption ... Without x ray it's not possible to know the cause.. It could be spondylitis, disc prolapse,etc... So consult orthopedic surgeon in nearest hospital. Till then don't lift weights, don't climb upstairs, .
