Bone & Muscle problems

Due to high uric my mother has got swelling in her foot and she is under a lot of pain and also cannot walk for the past 3 days.

Swelling behind the knees.To touch it is like moving balls. Small balls and clot kind.Nerves are clearly seen in green above and below the knee and pain in such highlighted places. This pain is from past 1 year

I am suffering from Back Pain at left hand side of Hips.(above Hips).It is severe pain, I am unable to stand straight.

I have been gaining a lot of weight after my marriage and decided to Atleast try shedding off extra kilos. So started playing Badminton on weekends with friends. We play for a few hours. Whenever I try to warmup I feel a few problems 1. When I start stretches on my arms(similar to bowling action) in circular motion I hear a knock everytime on one round completion. I fear more warmup may make things worse so I stop the stretch. 2. Once I start playing and hit a few smashes, area near my elbow and forearm starts paining a lot and it becomes very difficult to play going forward until I rest for sometime. 3. I start feeling a lot of pain around my knees. I had ACL surgeries done on my left knee twice and had recovered well at the time but now it has started paining again. More of it on the other knee i.e. Right knee. Any suggestions on what I could do to improve my condition?

About a month ago, chikungunya fever hits my father with sevre body and joint pain, fever got normal within 4-5 days with allopathy medication but the pain doesn't seems to go away. Already suffering from multiple myeloma and it's back pain, he is going through a very difficult time with the sevre pain in the whole body. He is on paracetamol that provides little temporary relief for few hours, also tried an homeopathic medicine last week named "polyporus pinicola 200", but that didn't work too. Someone please help me out and suggest something on how to get rid of this joint and body pain. I shall be very thankful to you.

I was diagnosed with chondromalacia in my left leg 4 years back. Doctor advised to take precautions like not to jump, run, jogg, fold knees, climb stairs, told me to do exercise and gave some medications. Sometimes I didn't followed the precautions he told me. Now, whenever I give stress on my knees, it pains for few days and if I take rest, it gets back to normal. Now, I have joined karate classes, where I have to jump, run, hop etc, so it pains. Kindly recommend some solution.
