Bone & Muscle problems

One day I had a very nasty fall while playing football. Due to a very harsh tackle, I experienced a popping sound from my knee. And from that day I have severe knee pain. Knee feels locked up. I feel trouble while climbing stairs. I read so many articles on the net and I feel that may be it can be a ligament tear as well as the articular cartilage problem sometimes I feel like I'm loosing my balance while walking. I still play football and my knee sounds popping everyday. Although the nasty fall was nine months ago, I did not have the knowledge about the same so I never bothered about it but now after reading so many articles I find this problem an important one. I have done one x-ray and the reports were normal. Can ligament tear heal on its own? If it's an ACL one and can articular cartilage be re-generated. Please share your advice and if possible do suggest about home remedies.

Hi. I play football and recently i twisted my ankle badly and had swelling, so i applied ice only then i was able to walk. But now also little bit swelling is there along with pain in joints. I got the x-ray done, and report showed no bony trauma but capsular effusion in my right ankle. Can someone please explain what it is, how serious it is and how to treat it?

I have been facing dis problem last few months. Almost everyday I m suffering from lower back pain. Mainly in the right side of lower back muscle became like gland nd if I touch I can feel some round muscle. Can u help.

My mother had knee fracture. It has been 3 months. POP was removed after 45 days and she got physiotherapy. knee now healed but there is still pain where it was fractured and she can't walks straight. So please suggest me is there anything to worry.
