During weight lifting I got pain in my right shoulder..I visited to orthopaedic doc he prescribed some medcne..BT pain is still therr..I did MRI..This is report
.Mild tendinosis of supraspinatus and inserti-onal bony cysts at infraspinatus.
· Slight fraying of postero-superior labrum and blunting of antero-inferior labrum without identifiable tear.
· Capsular thickening at acromioclavicular joint and type II Acromion.

You need to work on your rotator cuff muscles and strengthen them to prevent further injuries.Also if the condition doesn't improve within 3 months , you might have to undergo a small repair,since it is a SLAP lesion
