Hello. At 17, you have attained skeletal maturity and your physes (growing end of long bones) should be already fused. Hence, the only way to increase height is through surgical bone lengthening and I will strongly advice against that. 5 feet is a good height, and it will help if you focus your energy towards staying positive, accepting your unique persona for who you are and building on your confidence. Counselling will help.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Height is determined by a lot of factors, out of which genetics and hormonal influence are the top most.
So if your parents are not tall, the chances of you being tall are low.
Consult a endocrinologist to rule out hormonal issues.
Height will grow till max 21 yrs.
