I have muscle inflammation near the shoulder joint. am I supposed to apply hot pack or cold pack?

I have got fractures of distal tibia and proximal fibula 18 days (8 th November) ago and after that surgeon have performed orif on (22 nd November )and discharged me after 4 days of rest post operation but now I have fever,uneasiness,headache,and inability to sleep for a single minute. sir please tell me how I should worry about these symptoms.

My father met with an accident He had injured his upper right thigh and minor injuries on forehead, hand, elbow, waist His treatment was done in an hospital casualty ward for few says like dressing After a weeks time all his injuries started getting cured and he is better. However he is complaining about pain in his waist. He is unable to sit or stand for a longer time.

I had fell down while playing football on 14/11/2016 and have injury in left hand wrist. Doctor says it as volar barton fracture. Doctor has done surgery and put plate inside. Surgery was done on 17/11/2016. I have attached xray. Please tell me how much time it takes to recover in such fracture and how soon can i resume using my hand for normal routine activities.

2-3 days I have a pain in my low back and buttock. I think the pain in my sacrum. what should I do??
