Pain in the middle of the spinal cord
I am having Pain in the middle of the spinal cord when i used to bent down. The pain is from last 2 months .

Pain while bending down could be out of some bulging disc which needs through examination. So please personaly visit any near by facility😊.
Next Steps
for now lie on back for min 3-4 hrs and check if there is any discomfort if not then you should get better wid some costumised exercises.
