Bone & Muscle problems

I have pain on sternoclavicular joint sometimes it pains while sometimes it doesnt. This problem is since 3 years but i ignored it but now it is creating problems for me while writing

I have cubitus varus in right hand. Can I lift heavy weights and gain same muscles as in my other hand. I also wanted to know about surgery costs, time, and complications.

My right hand little finger has a swelling from one month.Thought it would come down naturally but it didn't happen. I have attached the x ray report and picture of my little finger. Please guide.

Went for an outing last month ,knee got twisted while running,due to which unable to walk properly using my left leg,due to which i performed a MRI of my Left Knee.(Features suggesting ANTERIOR CRUCIATE LIGAMENT INJURY(COMPLETE TEAR IN PROXIMAL 1/3 rd REGION).

Hi, I feel that my son has knock knees. On internet, they say that the angle will be corrected itself by the time he is 7 or 8. He is 5 years 3 months old. Is there anything to worry about. He doesn't feel any pain. I noticed it when I saw him running in a peculiar way. his growth is good. His height is better as compared to other kids of same age. Pls suggest.

I witness uneven growth of my shoulders(only from 6 months and not exist before) , My left shoulder is bigger then my right one. I am right handed and i didn't elevate any kind of weight like bag or other on my shoulders to grow uneven what should i do

From past 2 days my right hand palm is paining and feeling sometime burning sensation not able to sleep properly.

She is having swelling in her joints which is very painful...which only subsides after taking medications then again it starts...she had taken many medicines but its not working...

Backbone pains alot cant even walk straight , weight lost gradually , facing this issue from past 1.5 years no one is able to cure. have terrible pain all over my body. please help
