Is it safe to swim immediately after a workout? I recently started swimming after my workout session at the gym. I do cardio and weight training both.

Sir,my brother got injured and when consulted to a doctor, he said ACL surgery at knee joint is to be done.what is the rate of success of this surgery? Is this a major surgery? Iam worried. Please help me. Thanks in advance

I m 34 male form delhi. had fallen from bike .i had miner fracture , (non displaced) at FEMUR NECK after 3 month of bed rest dr. says it is fully healed and advised me to do phisiotharipy. after one month i get done MRI . 3 days back Marrow edema in left femoral head, neck & greater trochanter regions. Few small heterogeneous signal intensity lesions in left femoral head along superior aspect. Mild left hip joint effusion – likely early AVN changes. DDx include: Infective / inflammatory etiology. As compared to previous MRI left hip joint dated 16/10/2016 (outside), heterogeneous signal intensity lesions and marrow edema in left femoral head as described above are new findings. how could i decrease marrow edema

Roughly 8 months ago I fell down the stairs and went to an urgent care. I was diagnosed with hematoma in my lower left leg. It still looks the same with swelling and the bruising it seems if I walk to much it darkens on bad days and pain becomes more unbearable than normal. My leg also cracks more than I think it should and it feels as if the bone slightly moves or maybe it's all in my head. While it looks minor it is painful most days if not then annoying. My doctor said no x-rays would be needed.

I have lower back pain as well neck pain. I feel my head so heavy all the time. I feel like My shoulder muscles has got chocked up.

I feel some pain in my chest and then i feel like stretch and when i stretch poping sound comes from my ribs , centre of chest

From past 15 days I am having a severe wavering pain on right side of the abdomen just under the breast bone. I consulted an orthopedician and it was detected that the nerves of that area are surpressed. I'm taking medications but no effect is shown as such. I'm taking capsules named Axogurd NT but I feel very dizzy and lethargic after consuming it. Please help.

I foolishly put my hand in a rapidly spinning drum of a front loading washing machine. The hand rebounded instantly. It aches from the hand joint now. What should I do?

Whenever I fold my legs or unfold them I experience pain in my right knee...it isn't excruciating but it does make me stop for a minute and stays for a while... what worries me is I'm just 20 and experiencing joint aches...what could be the reason and is it serious?
