Strain in leg
Last year i went on a vacation. While doing horse riding a man on other horse came in speed and it just hitted my knee twice. That time i got pain in my right leg.after applying oil and ointment it disappeared. From last 1 year whenever there little cold or i sit for a long time putting weight on dat leg or sleeping on right leg i get strain and pain. Now m frequently getting pain from knee to hips on right side, sometimes it is so extreme that i cant walk properly. What to do??

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hi As per my point of view there are chances of ligament injury so first consult your nearest orthopaedic doctor and also physiotherapist If not much injury than no worry it will become cure with exercises only.
