Injury while working out few months back - didnt take it seriously. now wrist hurts and nagging pain

Hello sir/madam,i am Chennai, my mom had a surgery on left leg knee on 2008,but from last month she's suffering from heavy leg knee pain. Respected Dr. Please give one good solution for her please

I am suffering acute lower neck / Shoulder pain post shoulder injury happened about 2 years ago. Earlier pain was only while driving long distances. Now the pain has become constant from last night.

In last October, i was sleeping on floor. When i tried to get up, somehow my knee cap got displaced suddenly. I somehow pushed it into its place. Severe pain was there at that time. Later i consulted one ortho, he too confirmed after looking at xrays and all. He advised me wear a bandage for three weeks and gave some medication. After that time period my pain ceased and during next checkup the doctor said everything is right now. But still i feel uncomfortable when ever i take stairs or whenever i get down to pickup something on the floor. Light pain is also there. And also i can't walk bare foot for long. I need to use cushiony shoes/sandals to feel comfortable. I have a flat foot. Is there anything i can do to get rid of this, and make my knee as good as it was before this incident? Without a proper shoe i can't walk for long distances without feeling leg pain afterwards. Is my flat foot is the reason for my knee issue? How to get rid of my problems?

I have been suffering from muscle and joint pain for a few months. I cannot sit or stand for more than 15 minutes. When I wake up in the morning my back pains very severely. I am also having neck pain and headache.

Whn i ws plying volliball ystrday . i smash a ball . aftr that my middlde finger some biggerthan otherone and feel. pain much . i cnt use my middle finger right manner cs its very painfull plz gv me an advise.

My finger was crushed by a door 4 years ago, after I pulled it out it was swelling and after a few days it never turned back into its normal state. I have asked many doctors around my city, but they never knew the problem.

I've had pain when walking for two days. Its fine during the day but at night it hurt. If feels like a sharp pain

I had TFC injury in my right hand and got POP done on 16th of december 2016 and got it removed on 13th of january 2017 and after that OP4 physiotherapy. But I am still having a pain sensation. I am able to do wrist movements but this pain isn't going.
