I have been suffering from back pain
Unable to seat continuously for 45 minutes, I feel pain in back ,when stand up and walk for two minutes pain reduces 90 %.there is pain in both knee also.

Back Stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch. Core Strengthening Exercises.

Work on improving your posture and also work on strengthening your core muscles. Have patience and work on it for atleast 6 months to see significant difference. PAIN CAN BE DUE TO PRESSURE OVER THE END OF SPINE WHILE SITTING... IF THIS IS THE SITUATION, THEN USE OF COCCXYDYNIA PILLOW WHILE SITTING CAN BE OF USE TO YOU.

Hello..May be your back muscles are weak.Visit physiotherapist learn back strengthening exercise and knee exercise also.
