Bone & Muscle problems

I am extreme groin pain (left groin) when i indulge in activies like football or even when i get on/off the bike. It has been there from past one month.I have been icing it. But it still persists.

I met with an accident yesterday on a highway. My car was bumped from the rare and there as a car at the front as well. The impact was high from the back in comparison to front. I donot have any physical injuries. But i feel a mild pain on my neck. Yesterday i had a very mild pain, today it has increased a bit, If i lean back and move my head updwards i feel pain. On a normal seated posture, i am able to move my head in all directions without any pain. Wanted to understand, Is it because of the impact and will the pain subside eventually or is it the beginning of a problem and i need to get my self evaluated.

I have been having pain in my shoulder. Back side not in back or waist Whenever I move my right hand i could feel the pain. It happens as i take this side while sleeping but cant resist.

I have fallen down from bike before a year. After tht i got some light knee pain. I have pain when I climbed up and down the stairs. I checked with Doctor. Doctor adivsed me to take Physiotheraphy for 10 days and I took the Physio. But the pain is still there. It is not reduced. Xray report suggested nothing. Kindly help me to do. What shall I proceed further to relief from knee pain permanently

I getting pain on my left leg from September 2016 to still, When i sand from sitting position and start the walk where i getting pain on back muscle (ham) of left leg,. the pain still continue about 10 minutes, then i feeling normal. please give me advise for this problem. thanks for support.

My right Shoulder is paining when I move my arm upwards or to the backside. I am unable to move the arms completely. I am not able to sleep on the right side because of this pain. Kindly advise.

I am 50 years old. I started working out 5 days ago at a gym after long gap . I'm having constant throbbing pain in right shoulder/deltoid/ biceps etc. I can feel something (like trapped gas moving) from my chest down to my biceps. pls advise

My mom 57 years old is having severe pain and swelling near Lats. The swelling is normal if she takes some rest in sleeping position.

The joint of my left foot big toe is swollen and painful. I had got hurt by bumping my toe into a wooden cot 5 days back. Uric acid normal, x ray shows no fracture. However, it's reddish and swollen, very painful. Can't walk, limping. Photo attached. Kindly advice

The middle finger of my right hand gets stuck (bent ) nd cant be opened untill i massage the palm at the joint of the finger to the palm for 10 -15 mins every morning since September.i was told it is coz i hv minor cervical spondilisis.however i m confused as to what is the real reason for this trouble which increases some times nd i can't open my finger throughout the day.
