Bone & Muscle problems

Hii, My father's ankle has swollen from last one week, there is itching, pain as well in the ankle. He has shown it to some Ortho surgeon who has suggested anti-biotic. I am attaching the photograph of the swollen ankle and the proscription.

Hello I am having sharp upper back burning sensation in my right side between shoulder blades. If i ride my bike it comes and does not go away easily. Pain started with a pinning pain in right side of neck. Now burning pain is mostly felt in traps near shoulder. If i dont text sit on computer and avoid driving my bike there is no burning sensation. Burning sensation converts into pain in more areas like neck and next to spine if i ride my bike for long durations. I am doing regular exercises but still not a single day passes by without burning sensation. Is it something serious. What should i do !?

I am a 50 year old female. I was asked to take CALCIROL SACHET by my primary care doctor for bone pain 6 months back which I discontinued after 1 month. I have fractured my ankle now. Can I continue the same tablet? Is there an alternative?

Sir. I m having a lot of pain in my legs joints ( both knee, left ankle swelling also , right foot's index finger) since 1 month I had some blood tests also my hemoglobin was low ( 9.8 mg/ dl) and rbc count was 4.47 million Sir i don't know that is this pain caused by low hemoglobin or any other factor?? Mt sister has swelling in the muscles below the finger joints (no swelling on the joints) without any pain or stiffness, aldo no redness and tenderness. The joints look normal from all the sides but the fleshy part below the middle joints is slightly swollen. It comes and goes.. its only on the right hand. Dr suggest to do blood test... RA factor is 4.7 ul (normal) ESR is normal, ANA test is negative. She has slight low hemoglobin I think it's 11. Did she have any risk for Rhematoid arthritis... pls let me know sir.
