Bone & Muscle problems

I have been feeling inflammation in finger joints from past 6 months but didn't take seriously but these days it is becoming more regular. Recently I have taken blood test and got that RA is not in the normal levels

My cast was removed on 2 Dec but it is still painfull in walking. I walk 2-3 kms daily in order to commute to my office but there is slight pain which is not going. Its been 2 months since my cast was removed. Shall i consider visiting a doctor. I am in Norway and temperature here falls around -7 ℃. Is the pain due to cold weather ?

I have a pain in my lower back from 2013. Since than I had taken 2 xrays of it. Doctor says there is a gap and pain is because of this. Last year in Aug 2016, I removed sonography (detailed) for which I paid 5000, when the doctor saw the report he said there is a torn ligament and the jelly is coming out.

From 2 years pain inside heap muscle, it was operated from govt. hospital before 3 month, still it is infected, consulting doctors but no result, he has high sugar level. what type of treatment will be preferable to cure.

Sir while playing football , I stretch my left knee too much and got it injured, I'm feeling pain in front part of the knee and it is the second time,earlier 2 weeks ago but after self recovery ,I was feeling better so I went to play again and this happened , I think my ligaments are effected ,so sir suggest me some yoga exercises or other treatments. Since last 10 years suffering pain in both knees,gradually increasing ,consulted specialists suggests joint replacement , due to narrowing joint gaps causing friction .
