Bone & Muscle problems

I am. Having a joints pain in leg knees also too much of back pain along with i hv too much pain in soulders & hand also

I'm suffering from Muscle Pain that 'moves' around body. The pain intensity increase in cold. This has been a pattern since years and the pain would move from neck to knees. I feel it's nothing to do with joins as in normal case pain would go after routing exercise and as the day progress. In cold it would be unbearable and mostly I would feel stiffness and pinch in the affected area. Please suggest what specialist I should see.

I am having pain below my left rib cage an also swelling there. Also back pain is there and diarrhea symptoms are there. I got my Ultrasound scan of my abdominal and pelvis also, but every seems normal in the report. Please suggest me the causes an the cure.

It started off as a stiff neck on my right side, but as the month went by most of the stiffness is gone, but there is a sharp pain when I try tilting my head to the right side. The pain feels like it is in the base of my skull and down my neck.

I had a stiff neck about a week ago. For the past 2days I cannot lift my right arm very high. Finding difficult to comb hair and stretch right arm. I have to leave for a journey tonight that will last ten days. Is it advisable for the me to go. I also have a heart problem. Should I wait back for an investigation with an orthopaedic or should I delay it for 10 days.
