Bone & Muscle problems

Dear sir i am suffering from muscle pain in legs and hands primarily started from right calf area. After 2 weeks pain became worse..even i was not able to walk with right leg. Then i have gone to neuro phy and MRI of spine done and found disc bulge in lumbar spine may cause pain and used some medicines as per his prescription but no use. Then i consulted an ortho surgeon and MRI of right calf muscle has done and reported s/o polymyositis and s/o edematious changes and he suggested me to consult rheumatologist. followed his suggestion gone to him. He conducted 2 tests CPK and Aldolase enzyme and ANA(anti neuclear anti body) tests.CPK is normal ANA is negative but Serum Aldolase is elevated(ref:1.5-7.5 result:18.2). He presribed corticosteroids(weysolene) using for 40 days. Now i consulted a Sr Gen Phy he conduted 6 tests(CRP ESR ALD ANA RA FACTOR ANTI Jo-1 anti body) and all results found normal including Aldolase. Am confusing first aldolase elevated now normal in 30 days. whats cause?

Dear Doctor I am getting irritation in my shoulder from last 4 months (i feel that i am having weight on my shoulder) .so when i am getting irritated i push my shoulder up. can u tell me what is the problem.pls

I am feeling little discomfort in my right leg knee. I am feeling this discomfort after I lastly did my over head squats workout.

I have a swelling in the underside of my left foot. The x-ray and MRI appear normal as per the orthopaedic Dr. The Orthopaedic gave my anti inflammatory for a month but nothing changes. Could this some problem with the nerves under my foot? Should I consult a nuerologist?

All of my body joint ha pain (specially includes finger ,hand ,elbow,knee,etc) .My muscles have also some pain.this pain occur suddenly (in one or two days) and go go back in few week later .please help me Doctor!

I am female , age 49, from past 6 months i am having severe pain at my left hand Thumb finger joints, got an x-ray done , but doctor says no problem in bone . advised some tablets for 2 months but no use. from past 2 weeks , severe pain has started on the right hand thumb finger as well same way . please advise causes and remedy for the same, as its unbearable.

I met minor accident two days ago.i did x-ray of wrist (left hand).There was a small crack on wrist part connecting thumb.I went to a orthopedic(deenanath mangeshkar hospital) in pune.he wound a hard bandage and gave a waiting period of 15 days after which decision of operation will be taken.he said around 45-60 days would be required.he gave calcium tablets.Am i on a right track??Or m missing out something??

She is a arthritis patient for more than 20 years. her fractured leg is not healing and she has repeated wound on surgery area. what is the reason and what should we do. can it recover. is bone will form. how much time will it take for healing.
