Medicine is not an option always first you check and go for assessment of cervical vertebrae. And exercise will help you to solve this problem. 1.work on good neck posture. Example proper neck flexibility exercises .proper physiotherapy is really necessary for you.if you are continues computer worker then ergonomic exercise are good for you.

Needs thorough assessment as you have added few more symptoms of pain with touch or pressure it could be fatigue but some infections may also cause such issues better visit some GP or orthosurgeon near by.
