Sever Lower neck pain unable to turn
I always had slight neck pain. I started doing some physical activities. While lifting weight I started feeling​ sever neck pain. If I try to trim the neck then I am slightly feeling drowsy. Not sure which specialist to consult. Please guid.

Neck Exercises. Neck Stretching. Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs. Take frequent Breaks at work. Core Strengthening Exercises. Use cervical pillow. Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck.

Pls meet a Orthopaedic surgeon soon. Looks like a cervicle disc prolapse. Could be a simple strain too. But be quick to consult.

Hi.. I suggest you to kindly do icing for your neck frequently for 15 mins to help you feel better and support your neck while sleeping..sitting Don't try to forcefully move your neck This should help you untill you seek medical help As suggested look for a orthopaedic doctor for medication.. Hope this is helpful for you
