I always had slight neck pain. I started doing some physical activities. While lifting weight I started feeling sever neck pain. If I try to trim the neck then I am slightly feeling drowsy. Not sure which specialist to consult. Please guid.

I suggest you to kindly do icing for your neck frequently for 15 mins to help you feel better and support your neck while sleeping..sitting
Don't try to forcefully move your neck
This should help you untill you seek medical help
As suggested look for a orthopaedic doctor for medication..
