Bone & Muscle problems

My father right leg has been getting pain for two years. I met a orthologist he took x-ray and said that spine nerve has been blocked so he gave some medicine. We took medicine. It is not affected. My father's leg is still getting pain when ever he stands for 10 minutes

I am doing gym with proper diet from last two year but not able to gain weight i am skinny i have tried supplements also but nothing happen tell me the solution i think my food is not converting in energy or carbs which help body to gain weight ..

I am having Lower Back Pain from last Week and I am not able to sit for 15 mins continuously. While sitting, bending and Walking I am having pain in my Lower back and now my legs has started paining.

My grandmother have RA for long time.Right knee joint pain havey x ray report shows that more damage in right knee and left knee just starting position. Sir,I hv pain in Right Wrist joint from 7 years, i hv showed to orthologist, he said Wrist joint bone is ok but problem in your wrist muscle then he injected injection in one mucle(vien) but pain is still there up to now, what to do now Sir?
