Bone & Muscle problems

Hi.. I have sprained my neck and it's difficult to swallow anything.. I took a paracip 650 in the morning and put a hot water bottle around my neck that gave me some relief but swallowing anything is still painful....kindly advise..

There is a small lump in my lower back. It does not pain. But I can feel it if I touch it from my hands. And i often suffer from lower back pain. I am not sure if these two are related.

I have a considerable amount of pain in my right middle finger. I am able to move it but when I make a tight fist, it does pain a bit and can not tighten it without pain. Also, if it gets struck with some object sidewise...it pain a lot. It happened after I collided with a guy on road while driving which sandwiched my finger between clutch and accelarator. I am not sure whether it's a bone issue or ligament. Please help. I have a passion for boxing and gymming and can not continue with this pain.

Suffering from pain around the feet area, specifically ankle, lower feet and knee area already checked with different doctors while done the test my ESR and CRP was on higher side

Heel of my foot is hurting in both the legs while standing and walking immediately after waking from bed in mornings or after getting up from a chair

Hi I had Trimaellor ankle surgery on 22 Oct 2014,now its more than 2 years and as such I had no pain or issues. The fibula bone has been United. Can it be right time to go for removal of implants. I.e. plate and 10 screws. If I go for removal of implant , what would be the recovery period for walking normal. Please advise.

My mother has under gone a spine surgery with fusion. Doctor has suggested to do some back strengthening exercises. Need information regarding what kind of exercises can be done.

I can not lift my left arm and feel.pain in neck And this problem has taken place when i was at the gym

4 month ago i have dislocated my left knee patellar. But it went back by itself at the same time . Console doc n took x- rays but nothing shown , aft swelling gone off i have discomfort in my knee . I find of a piece moving around my knee . Console doc again, took mri scan , it shows that a piece of patellar cartilage. Doc gave me 3 option. do surgery , physiotherapy or nothing. As my age is just 22+ . I wanna have a 2nd opinion. But still the small piece of cartilage going around my knee . Pain while going up or down stairs . Can't run . Its not me who used to be last time .what's your best advice can be ?
