I got pain in my lower leg
Hey doc, im a runner.recently i got shin splints.but it healed.but there are new symptom.evertime i put pressure on my left leg, i feel pain when i lift my leg from the floor.its hard for me to run because i will feel the pain when the toe off transition.please help me doc.

Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day. Hello..Don't start running now itself..Go for proper rehabilitation exercise..Meet sports physio or orthopedic physiotherapist.
