Constant pain since 10 months on the upper part of wrist. It hurts and many a times the left hand gets jammed.

Hello there,,,well there could be many cause for pain,tingling,stiffning in and around wrist joint and your palms....for proper diagnosis a brief history is required. Did any injury occour around wrist? Did u fell on an outstretched hand? Did sudden jerking,twisting of your wrist/palm occoured? Also u mentioned u r left hand gets jammed is this like the elbow and wrist part or from shoulder to wrist/fingers?
