Upper foot pain
Dear Sir/mam I am working as an Aviation professional and my work is always in a standing position, For a few months I have been feeling a lot of pain at the end of my shift.At the start of the shift it looks ok but after 3-4 hours my walk will change and a lot of pain in my right upper foot.

This pain can be due arthritis/ligament injury of your ankle due to long standing or some minor twisting. If it's there for a few months then better to get yourself examined by a pain management specialist.
