Having a pain in the lower part of the foot thumb.Unable to move in due to severe pain.There might be swelling

I have a joint pain from lasr 1 year which is now in very bad conditon.one leg joint pain is very very much.cant walk staircase

Snap frozen section of muscle is adequate And shows transvers muscle bundles. There is variation in muscle fiber size , many atrophic muscle fiber are noted. Dence endomysial and interstitial lymphocytic of infiltrate is noted. There is evidence of mypophagocytosis and necrosis of muscle fibers. Many regenerating fiber showing basophlia is seen there is no evidence of granuloma vasculitis and amyloid is seen in this biopsy examined. Immunohistorology : MHCI -- Focal increased expression in subsarcollema MHCII : Increase expression in subsarcollema MAC – Focal increase expression in small vessels C4d - Non contriburtory Combining morphogical and immunohistochemistry findings features are of inflammatory myopathy consistent with polymyositis. I have slight pain below my left rib cage and i has been swallowed there. I can feel something inside there. it's something like popping up. It sometimes causes pain in my back also (left side).

I am having pain in the heels since 1 week whenever I stand or walk. Also, whenever I have to stand up from a sitting position or vice versa, there is slight pain in my knees. Please suggest what I should do.

I get clicking sound in my knees when I fold my leg to touch my hip. This is there since long time earlier they were just occasional clicking but now I feel uncomfortable unless I have clicked the knee. Some times I also feel like the clicking process is kinda stuck middle and I feel pain in knee and am not able to walk properly

I can't hold anything with right hand due to elbow pain .I am suffering with oesteoarthritis.pleade suggest me what to do.

2 weeks back I am diagonised with swollen L4, L5 disks as per MRI report. I took 10 days bed rest and generic medication as per neuron surgeon prescription. I felt OK so started going office from last 4 days. Now pain is back.Ocassionally getting knee pains. Feeling tightness in thigh muscles as well.

My body temp rises, heat in stomach, chest tingling and size of wrist is reduced winging of scapula and lot of tiredness.

Hii I have suffer from slip disc. Diffuse dise bulge with postero central disc herniation seen at L5-S1 intervertebral disc level. I have done surgery in month of may ( approx 10 months ago) but still not gate complete satisfaction. Still pain in calf muscle and hip .
