Bone & Muscle problems

I have been having pain in right hip from last night .This type of pain had before 2 years when I lifted my leg freely after running in morning

I have pain in my right shoulder from one year, Dr says there is pressure in my c 5 &c 6 nerve. But after taking treatment also my hand don't work properly, I can't put my hand straight, I am not wake to work in office. Some Dr said my muscles are stretched. Please suggest me proper to treatment of that. G

I am having lower back pain from center to left side from last 2 days. The pain increases when I try to get up after resting for some time. Pain subsidies when I walk.

I an experiencing mild pain at the lumbar region and have visited a doctor before 10 days at KMCH coimbatore and has been informed to wait for another week for observation, now its 10 days the pain remain as is. The lumbar region is warm, have dull pain, notice a slight 5% loss of power to my legs some times and have tingling sensation at lower abdomen some times however, there is no swelling , no loss of sensation to bowel movements , no loss of weight or appetite. I work for IT industry and have been using motor cycle to transit, can you please help identifying this issue.

My upper spinal cord pain it includes shoulder pain and neck ? My family doctor said me for the blood test for vitamins d and b12 respectively, their was deficiency of both ? Now i am feeling depressed and cant able to do anything since i am studying in class 10 papers are very near i am just thinking deeply what should i do please help me?? From recent days i am suffering frOm diheroea and gas in my stomach and little headache all the day?

I get acid reflux sometime and have back pain neck pain and lowest waist back pain and my right leg becomes heated up sometime and feels like weight is on first right leg only and I do not know why this happening and feel numbness in body
