Pain in the upper part of right hand
Due to clutching of the upper part of my right hand by a passerby I have been having severe pain which runs from the upper part to the wrist. Please advice

Hot fomentation x twice daily. Neck Exercises. Neck Stretching. Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs . Core Strengthening Exercises. Take frequent Breaks at work

Hi... Your pain is due to muscle damage due to excessive pressure placed... I would suggest you to.. Keep icing the place in the painful area...which was clutched... If possible gently knead the area and ice it again.... Don't lie in that side... Don't lift anything in that side... If you have any Anti inflammatory prescribed to you before can have them.... Hope this is helpful for you Revert back incase you need any further clarification....
