What to do with schmorl's node... It is in d10 and l1 and l2 not typical one but one like spike... How to cure it

I nearly skinny 20 yr. I tried sooo much to gain weight , but it doesn't help full. My meal quantity is normal , means i eat food as a healthy person eat. Me and my brother eat same food and in equal quantity but he is healthy and mascular but not i . My digestion power is fast , it take few hour to digest but the nutrition/nutrients Doesn't absorb properly . I exercise daily but no any good response . Sooo please help me to gain weight as well as muscles.

I suffered from a car accident in June 2014 resulting in my femure fracture which was treated by intramedullary Nailing with a titanium nail implant and 3 screws to hold that in place. The fracture took 9 months to heal and let me return to work again. Now after 2 n a half year later I'm feeling pain at the upper screw sometimes its too much and sometimes very light but it's there for a month now. I am thinking about the implant removal. Would that be a good idea? What are the complications I can face in the process ? I heard sometimes implants gets stuck in the bone and takes a major operation to remove that is that true?? Please suggest..

Met with a bike accident a week and a half back getting landed on lower back and getting pain now while getting up and if I try to run. Please help.

Im 28, suffering from knee pain since more than a month. Started with discomfort while sitting then turn to pain when i stand for 30min. Now its always annoying and I cant walk or stand for long and always disturbing. While standing I feel the tibia its under pressure and hurting and sometimes i feel pain under patella with lots of cracking but no edema. I never been through an accident or practicing extreme sport. Tests showed RA (-), UA (-), bone density is normal, x-ray is done: a physician said its early OA but orthopedic dr said its not. However the case is not getting better!

I am 24 year old .I am very weak so I want good body .I want my body growth so please tell me what I do .or plese tell me about medicine .

I'm 21 years old and my right sacroiliac Joint has been causing a lot of pain while sitting and walking and bending. The pain has also been spreading to my groins and swelling in my lower abdomen. I also feel gaseous pressure alongside this and I thought this was a result of gas buildup. Is this serious enough to visit a doctor or can I do some exercises and take some medicines to combat this?

My mom age 55 is suffering from many diseases. her RA factor, serum 100.00 IU/ml and ESR 70mm/hr but other reports are normal. But some time in the mid night she getting breathing problem or faint
