Ankle strain
I suferred from repetative twists on the ground while playing football. Ive been told its a strain and would take atleast 3 months to recover. If not mistaken the swelling is aroumf fibula and tibia. Before consulting a doctor i had been visiting a bone setting centre for cure who used to massage the area with force. I had a no. Of visits at the centre. It was only after a month that i visited the doc and was prescirbed for the same. I was given an ankle binder, a T-heal, and zyflex. I desperately want to continue playing football. Should i? If not play i would atleast want to practice tricks and drills using my left leg. If it is strictly not allowed can i exercise at the most?
