Sprain because of ankle twist
Hello, I was playing suddenly my ankle got twisted and got sprain...it has been two days swelling has not reduced much but pain is less... only when i give pressure on leg pain comes ...but not able to walk what should I do.. please give suggestions as i have put bajrang lep on it.

Kindly get an X-ray done. And start on Rest with 2 pillows elevation, ice pack application twice daily over 20mins, ankle binder with straps and start on these medications T. Hifenac-P PO 1-0-1 after food for 5days T. Pan 40mg PO 1-0-0 before food for 5days T. Chymoral forte PO 1-1-1 for 3days

Visit nearest hospital to recheck if pain r swelling persists

Non- weight bearing walking for 2 weeks. Limb elevation even while watching TV

Dnt put weight over it.it will take 5-7 days atleast for swelling to go. Keep foot elevated over two pillows. Apply ice Crepe bandage Tablet zerodol-sp twice Tablet chymoral forte thrice Dont massage.
