Im 33 years old and physically active and exercise regularly. However, from the past 2 months Im experiencing light to mild pain in my knees when Im running or climbing stairs. If I walk too much, or workout little heavy, I get lower back pain, on the area above my right hip. Even sometimes when I am sleeping, I feel pain. It keeps coming on and off. If I pick something heavy for 20 seconds also, I start getting pain .

I have pain in my left hand since last 5-6 months in my left ARM. I am able to move my hand. I remember falling from a chair a year ago, however, everything was alright, until I developed some pain about 6 months ago. I have not seen any doctor as I have been able to use my hands.
