Swollen feet-accident
My grandfather has a swollen foot due to an accident where an autorikshaw tyre went over his foot. He can stand, walk, do day to day activities but in pain.

Has he had an x-ray done of the foot? It not yet done, it will be appropriate to get the x-ray done.
If it is only injury to soft tissues,then it will take time to get better. The foot needs to be elevated and use ice to help with the pain. Regular painkillers will also help.
